Robyn Schecter, LCSW is a psychotherapist who has worked in the field of Employee Assistance (EAP) for the last 20 years. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from Tufts University and her Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. Robyn currently provides onsite counseling and consultation at an investment bank. She works with a range of issues focusing on empowering her clients to better understand themselves and make choices that will lead to happier, more fulfilling lives. The connection to others and the opportunity to witness positive change in another person is a large part of what she believes, gives her life meaning. She also provides consultation to management and trainings focused on reducing stigma around mental health issues in and outside of the workplace.
Robyn's greatest joy is being a mother to her 18 year old son, Gunner. She is a native New Yorker who hates the cold but loves the energy of the city. Other interests include fitness, fashion, and reluctantly pushing outside of her comfort zone a little bit each day.
